Organizations

Problems do not go away. They must be worked through or else they remain, forever a barrier to the growth and development of the spirit.

M. Scott Peck

Coaching in organizations is helpful at all levels. It helps develop skills whether at the front line, in supervisors, mid-level or executive managers. The client sets meaningful goals which are in line with the goals of the organization and which energize him personally, thus enhancing his motivation and performance.

Coaching helps managers on three levels: resolve current issues, develop their teams and focus on their own growth as a leader.

I help the client understand the issue at hand, carve out the ideal solution and set a step-by-step plan with clear actions to follow. We focus on consistency and learning.

Individual coaching

The very purpose of our life is to seek happiness.

Dalai Lama

Have you relocated, are you starting a business, do you need to move on in your career or improve your personal relationships? I as a coach will help you make the necessary step aside so that you can review your situation, understand why is it you want change, and feel energised to start making it happen.

You will rediscover the feeling of meaningfulness and fulfillment in what you do, you will find the courage and motivation to start what you have always wanted. You will go from dreaming to making your dreams come true.

In case you want to make a shift in your career, coaching will help you map your strenghts, skills, needs and plan your career path so that you keep growing and you experience joy in your work.

Team coaching

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.

Henry Ford

Team coaching creates focus on achieving results and improving team processes. Coaching resolves common teamwork shortcomings:

  • A poorly defined objective
  • Problems with team leading and management
  • Lack of trust and openness
  • Unresolved past issues between team members
  • Lack of communication
  • Vaguely specified roles
  • Poor time management
  • Inability to handle conflicts constructively

Through team coaching we can increase effectiveness of the team, in particular by setting clear objectives for its shared efforts. The team’s processes and communication improve and the respective team roles get clarified. The team identifies and gets to understand the working style and preferences of its individual members, thus improving information flow and sharing of best practices.

Executive coaching

He who moves not forward, goes backward.

J. W. Goethe

Executive coaching is designed for top managers. It is often mistakenly assumed that this group do not need to develop further, and given their high level position in the company they obtain limited support for their development. Executive coaching is an opportunity for these highly motivated people to further develop themselves and their careers, while keeping highly effective in their current position. Executive coaching provides top managers with the time and scope to step back from their daily duties, think about their upcoming goals, and plan strategies to achieve them. Talking with a coach opens up the scope to discuss any uncertainties, difficulties, risks and opportunities in career progression.

Coaching provides top managers with a platform by means of which they can gain an overview of their capabilities and potential, think strategically about their own development and clarify their career goals. It reinforces their ability to inspire and develop others, to hone their own communication skills and to build workplace relations based on trust.

Mindfulness

You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.

Jon Kabat-Zinn

I am a mindfulness teacher. I help clients develop a better connection to the “here and now”, by means of which they can reduce stress, increase resilience, regulate their emotions and have a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

I run the full 8-week mindfulness trainings and I will design and run a workshop or seminar to fit your needs.

Diagnostics

Diagnosis is not the end, but the beginning of practice.

Martin H. Fischer

As a psychologist, I carry out standard personal and professional psycho-diagnostics. I am a certified practitioner of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI, as well as the other modules – Hogan Development Survey or HDS, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory or MVPI.)

This questionnaire is geared to predict the performance of individual employees at a given position. It allows for a quick overview of the strengths and areas for development in general or in relation to a particular working role. It is used often as a supporting tool in the HR function for candidate selection.
